Fashion advice from Serge Bensimon!

Last week, I had the opportunity to meet with the designer of those darling shoes we gave away last month!

I met Serge Bensimon at one of the cafes in Le Parker Meridien.

He gave some great fashion as well as life advice. 

 You can see he has quite a bit of personality too!

Tips from the Parisian shoe, clothing and home designer: 

-Wear a pop of color. 

There's enough things in this world to drag people down right now.

He says when you wear something bright, you will feel good and spread optimism to people around you!

-Colors he's loving this winter..

Orange

Blue

Turquoise

-Colors galor!

Every six months he has to come up with 20 new colors for his tennis shoes!

Whoa.. no wonder he's traveling the world all the time.

-Gather inspiration wherever you go.

His stop in New York was just the first part of his trip - literally almost around the world 

to gather new ideas and inspirations for next season. 

Serge told me we could look around us wherever we are for inspiration for life as well!

He says you have to see something new and then something old.

"Everything can be inspiration," Bensimon said.

...including a fun pair of shoes to make an outfit!
