Last night, we started off Restaurant Week with dinner
at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill near Union Square!
Wow!
Everything was amazing!!
It was a lovely romantic evening with the most delightful courses!
It's not on the restaurant week menu - but when I saw
goat cheese queso fundido - I just knew we had to try it!
And yep! It was even more yummy than the waitress said!
Hubby thoroughly enjoyed the smoked shrimp cake for his appetizer!
And the sixteen spice chicken was out of this world!
The sweet potato gratin is not like any Thanksgiving dish you've had before too!
And I had to take two photos of the chocolate layer cake with caramel ganache!
The crunchy part on top was incredible!!
